Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
