All Goodson ball heads include adjusting screws on the side and on the bottom. As with most tiny parts, they wear or get lost from time to time. Use the following chart to select the right parts for your ball head (click image for larger view).

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
